The movements of Yijin Jing are at once vigorous and gentle. Their performance calls for a unity of will and strength, i.e. using one's will to direct the exertion of muscular strength. It is coordinated with breathing. Better muscles and tendons means better health and shape, more resistance, flexibility, and endurance.

Reusi Dat Ton (Thai Yoga) is the key and foundation to Traditional Thai Medicine and forms the roots of Traditional Thai massage. The session will commence with a self-massage sequence followed by joint mobilisation exercises. This aims to improve our overall circulation, reduce muscular tension and lubricate our joints before moving into more dynamic exercises. At the end of each session there will be a sense of whole body invigoration and clarity of thoughts. These exercises along with guided breathing technique can be performed standing, sitting or lying down and modified according to your capacity. Therefore Thai Yoga sequence can be done as a light discipline or an intense discipline according to your individual needs.
