Natalie is a passionate yogini who loves nothing more than to share from the heart her understanding of the rich teachings of yoga with others. Her experience spans 2 decades of deep self-study, practice & yoga teaching experience. Originally trained in the Satyananda/Bihar Yoga tradition, Nat now embraces a full embodied movement meditation practice & is currently immersed in the first wave of Prana Vinyasa (as cultivated by Shiva Rea) Teachers to be trained here in Australia.
Having also recently completed a Diploma in Ayurveda Counselling with the College of Body, Mind & Spirit means that her classes have a strong focus on the 5 great elements of Earth, Air, Fire, Water & Ether and working with the vinyasa’s or cycles of life, for greater vitality and health on all levels.
Nat is a mother of 4, based in Swan Hill where she runs her yoga business – Swan Yoga Bliss. And can often be found on the banks of the beautiful Murray River there teaching classes, or on the sand dunes of Mungo National Park running intimate Full Moon yoga retreats.
